The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, provided us with good food recommendation! The hotel room is also clean and spacious, very well equipped. Breakfast is also provided at the hotel though not a lot of options available but adequate.

A Gem And So Handy For The Old Quarter
As a base for staying in Hanoi this was a perfect little hotel. The rooms were clean and bright, but it must be said, in line with all small city hotels, as it is a tube house, having an outside window comes as an extra. Excellent breakfast and super staff who were very willing to help book further trips. The hotel even agreed to looking after our bulky luggage whilst we just took back packs to Halong Bay. Great location in the Old Quarter and very close to the Night Market.
