Awesome Hotel and Staff
We arrived early in the morning after taking a night bus there. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating in getting us a room before the check-in time in the morning and helping us with tours around the city. The breakfast is fantastic and so is the Spa but the best aspect is the friendliness of all the staff.

Great Location!
Eden Boutique Hotel was in a great Location. It was far enough away from the traffic and noise and yet close enough to walk to the town center. It was a very nice and I think newer hotel. Very clean and comfortable with excellent service. We would highly recommend this place. It makes a great base to explore Sapa from.

Lovely hotel, beautiful furnishings. Great, helpful staff who also organised our tours. Excellent location - close to the main streets but far back enough to be quiet. Hotel’s spa is across the road: we had a massage and it was very good (and professional). Highly recommend!
