A great place to stay!

BBQ Hostel was fantastic, I am so happy we booked this room. While the location and the property are excellent, it's the team that's running it that makes it such a great experience. They were very proactive about helping us arrange a car to/from Haiphong's airport (and ensuring there was an English-speaking person coming along with the driver - that was a nice touch!), and they also offered great advice about where to go and how to get around Halong. The hotel was full of runners (we were there for the Halong Bay Marathon, and the Start & Finish area was a 5-minute walk away) and the folks there made sure everyone had what they needed and got out the door on time. I really appreciate all the effort they made to make their guests feel happy and welcome, and I will definitely stay there again on future visits

Wonderful Stay

Room was excellent, Spacious, stylish, well appointed, spotlessly clean, well maintained, plenty of hot water,great shower, safety deposit bos (free). Bottled water supplied free each day, free bike hire, Lift to all floors. Near local amieneties, staff aranged our day cruise (which was excellent) and included transfers to the port and back. Also arranged our transfer back to Hanoi. Lovely helpful and friendly staff. Don't know why the BBQ is called a hostel as our double room (and others I suspect) where excellent standard and as good as many good hotels.

My family have a wonderfull holiday in Ha Long, That was our lucky when we booked at BBQ Hostel, everything was perfect, The Hostel is new, Mrs Jane was really kind and helful, she make us feeling at home. Ms Thao who cooked very well, she prepared the breakfast for us, it was so delicous. highly recommend this Hostel
