E-Visa
E-Visa processing time follows working days from Monday to Friday. No processing on Saturday and Sunday.
1. Standard processing
Time Processing: 3- 5 working days
Required documents: Passport, passport-sized photo, personal details, entry details.
2. Urgent processing options:
Required documents: Entry details + Passport + Selfie photo(by camera' phone, white back ground, no glasses)
2-hour urgent processing
4-hour urgent processing (Submit before 08:00 AM → Receive by 12:00 PM, Submit before 01:00 PM → Receive by 05:30 PM)
1-day urgent processing (Submit before 08:00 AM → Receive by 05:30 PM)
2-day urgent processing (Submit before 10:00 AM → Receive by 05:30 PM next day)

VOA (Visa Letter on Arrival)
Visa on Arrival (VOA) is now less needed for tourists because Vietnam has expanded its E-Visa system, allowing travelers from over 80 countries to apply online for a visa valid up to 90 days with single or multiple entries. The E-Visa process is more convenient, as it eliminates the need to wait in line for a visa stamp upon arrival.
👉 We strongly recommend applying for an E-Visa for a smoother entry process.
