Tam Hai is More Than Just a Destination

A short drive east (22 km) of Tam Ky or 70km south of Hoi An, is Tam Hai, a small, rarely visited island scattered with Cham ruins, colourful fishing villages, coconut palm fringed beaches and Ca Ong - an ancient whale graveyard thought to be one of the largest in the region, where every year on the lunar 20th of January, the villagers gather to hold an offering ceremony, praying for good weather and a calm sea.

Blue sky at Tui Blu

Blue sky at Tui Blu
A great few nights at Tui Blu with our 13 month old daughter. The staff were super helpful and attentive ensuring that she was well looked after - and particularly to the woman running the Kidz Centre.
Tui Blu is located on a great stretch of beach which effectively, we had all to ourselves.
Plenty of pools (although the water was surprisingly warm).
Room was fantastic with great amenities and views.

A great place to relax and visit

A beautifull new resort. We had view to a quiet beach, where beautifull huts with vietnamese day-beds are available. Plus 3-4 swimming-pools in the property.
The suite was spacious and well equiped. Absolute cleanliness,and the staff is very kind and friendly without being pushy.
The chef offered fresh fish from same day's catch and cooked it for us at the restaurant. If you can speak vietnamese and are a fish connaisseur you can also buy it yourself at the daily fish market close by, where local fishermen bring their catch every morning.
The hotel arranged private transportation with an experienced driver to My Son Cham sanctuary, an astonishing archaeological wonder (IV-XIII centuries) (count 2 hours drive).
