E-Visa processing time follows working days from Monday to Friday. No processing on Saturday and Sunday.

2. Urgent processing options (same-day results):

Required documents: Entry details + Passport + Passport-sized photo.

2-hour urgent processing: $125

4-hour urgent processing: $90 (Submit before 08:00 AM → Receive by 12:00 PM, Submit before 01:00 PM → Receive by 05:30 PM)

1-day urgent processing: $80 (Submit before 08:00 AM → Receive by 05:30 PM)

2-day urgent processing: $70 (Submit before 10:00 AM → Receive by 05:30 PM next day)

VOA (Visa on Arrival)

Visa on Arrival (VOA) is now less needed for tourists because Vietnam has expanded its E-Visa system, allowing travelers from over 80 countries to apply online for a visa valid up to 90 days with single or multiple entries. The E-Visa process is more convenient, as it eliminates the need to wait in line for a visa stamp upon arrival.

Vietnam grants visa-free entry for ASEAN countries and 15 other nations: Russia, Japan, South Korea, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belarus, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic.
